Clean mildew off of gutters. Rinse the section of the soffit you just scrubbed washing away all of the dirt and rinsing enough to clear the surface of detergent and bleach.

For that mix half cup of household liquid detergent with a half cup of bleach in two gallons of water. Bleach or bleach spray. Spray the baking surface completely so that the mold surfaces are saturated with hydrogen peroxide. I could instantly see the dirt and grime literally melting off the gutters.
