As an experiment rub a clean white cloth across the unwashed siding.
The brush glides easily on irregular areas and rough surfaces to clean like new.
Combine the soap in a spray bottle squirting the cleaner onto the siding.
Manual cleaning is preferred.
You might also want a mildewcide to add to your pressure washer or garden hose sprayer.
